By creating an account, accessing the Soemel platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that:
If you are using Soemel on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Soemel is a personal AI agent platform that connects you to large-language-model AI capabilities via conversational interfaces (including WhatsApp, Telegram, and web). The platform enables you to delegate tasks, conduct research, set reminders, and more — entirely through conversation.
Soemel is provided as a neutral infrastructure layer. We do not curate, endorse, or take responsibility for the specific outputs generated in response to your prompts, except where required by applicable law. You direct the AI; we provide the infrastructure that makes it possible.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where feasible.
You must create an account to use Soemel. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. One account per person; you may not share accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@soemel.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or our Acceptable Use Policy, following the procedure described in Section 10 (Termination).
Soemel is a permissive platform. We do not impose blanket restrictions on topics, industries, or types of content. You may use Soemel for personal, professional, creative, research, or commercial purposes.
The only binding restriction is that you must not use Soemel to engage in activities that are illegal under applicable criminal law, including but not limited to those listed in our Acceptable Use Policy.
We trust our users to act responsibly. Our AUP reflects that trust — it is deliberately narrow and focused only on genuine criminal activity.
Soemel offers the following subscription plans (prices in USD):
All paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge ("cooling-off period") if you are dissatisfied for any reason. After the cooling-off period, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law or where we have materially failed to deliver the service.
Refund requests should be sent to support@soemel.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued after the cooling-off period unless required by law.
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the GDPR.
Key highlights:
You own your prompts and you own the AI-generated outputs. Soemel does not claim any intellectual property rights over content you submit or content generated by the AI in response to your instructions.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your prompts solely to provide the service to you. This licence ends when you delete your account.
The Soemel platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by THC Projects SRL and protected by Romanian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the platform.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Romanian or EU law.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@soemel.com or using the account-deletion option in your settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms or the AUP. For minor or first-time violations, we will generally send a warning before taking action. In the event of termination by us without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees.
Sections 7 (IP), 9 (Liability), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Craiova, Dolj County, Romania.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
